What if an item doesn't fit?
We want you to look and feel your best. If an item doesn't fit, you can return for store credit and buy the item in the correct size. This way, you have the flexibility to choose a different item completely, and provides an alternative in case the size you need is sold out. Where are you located?
Our flagship location is in beautiful Bloomington, IN. When you place an order, that's where we hand pack and ship your orders from. Occasionally orders will ship directly from the brand, like pre-orders or online exclusives. If you're ever in the Midwest, we'd love to see you in real life.
What is your Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for store credit issued as a virtual giftcard. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
What is your shipping policy?
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Free shipping in the US on all orders over $50, and free shipping international orders over $100. Depending on your order, we may ship USPS, UPS, FedEx, or Hogwarts Express. If you have a preference on this, let us know in your order notes.
